Board of Directors
Volunteer Directors: Three Directors shall be elected from and by those persons who have volunteered their time and talents to promote the activities of the Corporation. Volunteers shall be defined as those persons who have volunteered at least fifty (50) hours of credited time during the calendar year preceding election and voting. Volunteer shall further be defined to include those part-time Allegheny Mountain Radio staff persons who have volunteered at least fifty hours of credited time. Salaried Allegheny Mountain Radio staff persons are not eligible to be considered as volunteers for voting purposes. (Volunteer) County Directors: The counties of Pocahontas, Highland, and Bath shall each be guaranteed one Director who is a resident of said county, such Directors to be elected from and by those persons, groups, organizations, businesses, or other entities who have qualified as members by donating at least five dollars ($5.00) to the Corporation during the calendar year preceding election and voting. (Friend-Pocahontas, Friend-Highland, Friend-Bath) Directors-at-Large: Three Directors shall be elected from and by those persons, groups, organizations, businesses, or other entities who have qualified as members by donating at least five dollars ($5.00) to the Corporation during the calendar year preceding election and voting.
