A.    Advertisements in The Recorder, the local newspaper for Highland & Bath Counties.  Website posting, Internal posting.  National Federation Community Broadcasters List Serve Posting.

B.     Advertisements in The Recorder, the local newspaper for Highland & Bath counties. Website posting, Internal posting-staff & volunteers.

C.     Advertisement in Pocahontas Times newspaper.  The only paper covering Pocahontas County.  Internal posting; e-mail to all radio volunteers & staff, advertisement on AMR website, posting on WVU School of Journalism Website.

3)      Recruitment source that referred the hiree for each full-time vacancy during the preceding year.

A.  Three candidates inquired about the position-  One from the website posting and two from the newspaper posting. Two candidates interviewed. Position filled from newspaper posting

B.   Five candidates responded.  One from the website posting, two from the internal posting & two from the newspaper ad.  Four interviews conducted.

C.  Seven candidates responded from the newspaper ad.  Two candidates responded from the station website posting, three responded from the WVU School of Journalism Posting & one from the internal posting. Three interviews conducted.  Candidate from newspaper posting was hired.

5)      A list & brief description of initiatives undertaken during the preceding year

A.    Radio Camp-Highland County Youth participated in a Radio Camp at the WVLS studio where they learned about radio as a career & had hands on instruction in radio skills.

B.     Participated in the Summer Youth Employment program with one participant assigned

C.     Mentorship with one student at our WVMR station.

D.    Three additional high school students were instructed at the WVMR station in production, on-air skills & learned about radio as a career.
