#8 – Half Moon Stretch

Yawning Breath as a warm up, expanding your breathing space. Practice the movements of the spine.

For Half Moon Stretch – Ardhachandrasana

  1. Root into the ground – if sitting, through your SITZ bones; if standing, through the soles of your feet.
  2. Inhale arms over head, reaching fingers towards the sky, bringing palms together or holding opposite elbow.
  3. Exhale as reach arms and head over to one side. Feel the stretch from your fingertips to your hip. Breath.
  4. Inhale back to center and repeat on the other side.
