Moments of Stillness Episode 3

Moments of Stillness – Episode 3: Meditation

In a world that moves fast and rarely slows down, sometimes the most important thing we can do is pause.

Episode 3 of Moments of Stillness continues a series created by Noelle Corley, offering a brief space in your day to step back, reflect, and reset. This week’s focus is on meditation—not as something complicated or out of reach, but as something simple and available to all of us.

Meditation doesn’t require perfection. It doesn’t require a special setting. It simply asks for a moment of your attention.

A moment to breathe.

A moment to be present.

A moment to listen—both inwardly and outwardly.

In communities like ours, where life is built on relationships, responsibility, and routine, it’s easy to move from one task to the next without stopping. Moments of Stillness is a reminder that there is value in the pause.

This series is part of Allegheny Mountain Radio’s ongoing work with the Listening Post Collective, where we are building programming that reflects the real needs and rhythms of the people we serve.

We invite you to take a few minutes today and listen.

You may find that stillness has more to offer than you expected.
