Talent Tuesday at The Omni Homestead

Talent Tuesday at The Omni Homestead: Markell Wood on What a Record Season Means for You

The bookings are up. The season is big. And The Omni Homestead is hiring.

While a lot of businesses are playing it cautious right now—watching the horizon, trimming the sails—The Omni Homestead Resort is doing something different. They’re staffing up for one of the strongest spring and summer seasons they’ve seen in years, and they’re looking for people from right here in the community to be part of it.

Markell Wood, Sourcing Manager at The Omni Homestead, sat down to talk about what it means for anyone looking for work, a career change, or a foot in the door at one of Virginia’s most iconic properties. There’s more range in what they’re hiring for than you might think.

And here’s your chance to find out in person: Talent Tuesday is happening March 31st from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Walk in, meet the team, and have a conversation about what’s available.
