A Few Good Minutes With Coach Billy Thomas

On Thursday, July 27th, I made a trip from the comfy confines of the WCHG Studio to the scorching 90 degree temperature at Camp Accovac in Millboro, Virginia. Billy Thomas is the special teams and wide receivers coach at Riverbend High School in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Billy was a standout 4 sport athlete and 1995 graduate of Bath County High School. In 2018 he coached Fredericksburg Christian to a state championship.

We had a robust discussion that was broken down into two news stories. Billy talked about his faith, family and football. It was a pleasure catching up up with a classmate and friend. Below are the links to our conversation. We ask that you consider liking and sharing this post to help us reach more people like you.
