Alderman Arrested For Harassment And Stalking

Marlinton, WV – Pocahontas County resident Norman Alderman was arraigned in Pocahontas County Magistrate Court on August 12th, charged with two misdemeanor counts – intent to harass or abuse by computer, and stalking.

Alderman was arrested by Pocahontas County Sheriffs Dept Major David Walton at the behest of Pocahontas County Commissioner David Fleming.

The 59 year old Alderman was taken to the Tygart Valley Regional Jail at 1:40am on August 12th, and bail was posted at $5000.00. He has posted a bond and has been released.
