Join Allegheny Mountain Radio Sunday, April 26th from 1-5pm as we kick off our Spring Fundraiser with Bluegrass Sunday Live at WVMR saluting our local legends:

Charlie Loudermilk, Sherman Hammons, Woody Simmons, Arnet Gutshall, Harley Carpenter and Abe Pursley.

Bands performing live are:

1 pm Elk River Ramblers

2 pm Juanita Fireball and the Continental Drifters

3 pm Richard Hefner and Friends

4 pm Viney Mountain Boys

5 pm Sugar Run.

With this all-star lineup and salute you won’t want to miss out, and help raise funds for your local community radio station–Allegheny Mountain Radio.

Also from 1-3pm we will be holding a reception at WVMR in honor of Gibbs Kinderman and his 35 plus years of dedication and service to Allegheny Mountain Radio, with an on-air presentation at 2pm.
