Chargers and Warriors experience second week losses in football action

The Pocahontas Warriors, coming off a decisive win last week against Tucker were instead on the losing side in their game against the Moorefield Yellowjackets on Friday September 4th. They put up a good fight, but in the end could not hold off the Yellowjackets. The final score was Pocahontas 28, Moorefield 68.

Likewise the Bath Chargers faced defeat this week at the hands of the Allegheny HS Mountaineers in a shut out game on Friday. The final score was BAth 0, Allegheny 47.

The Chargers are also at home Friday playing the Buffalo Gap Bisons – pregame at 6:45, kickoff at 7pm – you can listen to the Chargers on WVLS 89.7 and WCHG 107.1.
