Charges Against Pocahontas Sheriffs Deputy Benjamin M. Wilfong Dismissed

Marlinton, WV – Pocahontas Prosecuting Attorney Donna M Price says Magistrate Judge Brenda Smith agreed to dismiss the felony charges against Deputy Wilfong, when the state Prosecuting Attorneys Institute failed to appoint a special prosecutor in the case.

Heather grew up in the Richmond, Virginia, area and now lives in Arbovale, West Virginia with her husband Chuck. Heather is a wonderful flute player, and choir director for Arbovale UMC.
