Durbin Town Council Considers Billing Changes For Sewer Service

Durbin, WV – What difference does a gallon of water make? It could make a lot of difference if you’re a sewer customer in the town of Durbin. If the town stops monthly billing of properties that are vacant, year-round residents could see their rates double, according to some estimates

Heather is our Program Director and Traffic Manager. She started with Allegheny Mountain Radio as a volunteer deejay. She then joined the AMR staff in February of 2007. Heather grew up in the Richmond, Virginia, area and now lives in Arbovale, West Virginia with her husband Chuck. Heather is a wonderful flute player, and choir director for Arbovale UMC.
