Five Indicted By Pocahontas Grand Jury

Marlinton, WV – The Pocahontas County Grand Jury returned indictments against 5 individuals Tuesday, according to a press release from the office of Prosecuting Attorney Donna M. Price.

David Cassell, age 49, of Durbin, is charged with 2 counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Justing Lynn, age 43, of Marlinton, is charged with DUI, 3rd or subsequent offense
Tommy “Ringo” Vandevander, age 43, of Durbin, is charged with DUI, 3rd or subsequent offense.

Lisa Foe, age 39, of Cass, is charged with one count of using obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor and one count of soliciting a minor via computer.

Roy Walker, age 44, of Hillsboro, is charged with one count of unlawful wounding.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation.

The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
Arraignments are scheduled for Friday and next Wednesday in Pocahontas County Circuit Court.
