Former Pocahontas commissioner sues county, officials
Elkins, W.Va. –
Former Pocahontas County commissioner Norman Alderman has sued the commission; prosecutor Donna Price; sheriff David Jonese; school administrator Alice Irvine; magistrate Kathy Beverage and individual commissioners David Fleming, Martin Saffer and Jamie Walker.
Alderman filed the suit in federal district court in Elkins on July 26, claiming violation of his civil rights.
