Highland County Arts Council Seeks Dedicated Board Members

The Highland County Arts Council offers a variety of programming options to all ages throughout the year. From the monthly 2nd Saturday Concerts to workshops from expert to beginner, the Arts Council keeps Highland County steeped in culture and beauty. I recently sat down with longtime board president Donna Bedwell to discuss Arts Council membership and open board positions.
