Highland New Wind Development Once Again Called To Appear Before the Virginia SCC

Richmond, VA – Highland New Wind Development will once again appear before the Virginia State Corporation Commission later this month. The Virginia Dept of Historic Resources accuses HNWD of not consulting with DHR in a good faith effort to minimize the effects of the wind turbines on nearby civil war battlefield and other historic sites.

Heather is our Program Director and Traffic Manager. She started with Allegheny Mountain Radio as a volunteer deejay. She then joined the AMR staff in February of 2007. Heather grew up in the Richmond, Virginia, area and now lives in Arbovale, West Virginia with her husband Chuck. Heather is a wonderful flute player, and choir director for Arbovale UMC.
