Mon Power Outage Scheduled For Central Pocahontas County On January 16th And 17th

Marlinton, WV – Mon Power will disrupt electric service on Monday, January 16th from 9am to 2pm to make repairs on a transmission power line that serves Marlinton and surrounding areas. Those areas affected Monday are Marlinton, Beard Heights, Buckeye, Edray, Campbelltown, Brownsburg,Thorny Creek, Clawson, Huntersville and Dunmore.

An additional outage from 5am to 9am on Tuesday, January 17th will primarily affect customers in and around the Snowshoe Mountain resort area, primarily the resort.

Heather grew up in the Richmond, Virginia, area and now lives in Arbovale, West Virginia with her husband Chuck. Heather is a wonderful flute player, and choir director for Arbovale UMC.
