Power Outage Scheduled For Hillsboro, Friday May 21st

Hillsboro, WV – Allegheny Power will interrupt electric service in the Hillsboro and Buckeye area on Friday, May 21, beginning at noon.

The planned outage will affect approximately 1,000 customers. Allegheny Power regrets the inconvenience, but maintenance work to facilities is necessary to ensure service reliability in the area.

The power will be out until 2 p.m. for customers along Route 219, including the communities of Hillsboro, Buckeye, Beard, Friars Hill, Trout and Cold Knob.
