Recall Petition for Two Highland County Board of Supervisors Members Dismissed Without Prejudice

In a court proceeding on Wednesday, August 28, the petition to recall two Highland County Board of Supervisors members was dismissed without prejudice. The petition to recall Harry Sponaugle and Henry Budzinski can be filed again, but must start all over.
