Since growing hemp became legal, hundreds of people have already received their state license to raise and process the crop. A lot of people are hopeful this will give Virginia’s agriculture industry a boost.
Thomas told the Commissioners that they intend to operate commuter transit service from Marlinton to both Snowshoe Mountain Resort and Interstate Hardwoods and would also run daily scheduled transit loops multiple times around the Marlinton area.
