A great way to cut down on the acid in your coffee for a smoother experience!
What you need:
Jar or covered pitcher
Strainer of some sort – cheesecloth, fine mesh sieve, coffee filter, french press, etc.
Ground Coffee – freshly ground beans are best, though not a necessity
Water
DIRECTIONS
- For every 4 cups of water, mix in 1 cup of coffee grounds, give or take 1/4 cup, depending on how strong and caffeinated you like your beverages.
- Mix together and leave at room temperature overnight, or for at least 12 hours.
- Once fully steeped, strain out grounds and enjoy!
- Mix equal parts Coffee Concentrate with water or milk. Heat or ice to preference. For a frozen blended coffee drink, pour concentrate into an ice tray and freeze. Once frozen, pulse several cubes in a blender with milk or cream of your choice. Sweeten to taste.
