#6 – Head and Neck
- Inhale, look up to the sky; Exhale, chin to chest looking down.
- Shaking “No” : Inhale at center, look over right shoulder as you exhale; inhale to center, look over opposite shoulder.
- Side to Side: Inhale at center, exhale and drop right ear towards right shoulder; inhale to center, exhale and drop left ear towards left shoulder.
- At center, draw figure eights with your nose to loosen up the neck.
- Open and close the jaw.
- Practice a yawn.
