#6 – Head and Neck

  1. Inhale, look up to the sky; Exhale, chin to chest looking down.
  2. Shaking “No” : Inhale at center, look over right shoulder as you exhale; inhale to center, look over opposite shoulder.
  3. Side to Side: Inhale at center, exhale and drop right ear towards right shoulder; inhale to center, exhale and drop left ear towards left shoulder.
  4. At center, draw figure eights with your nose to loosen up the neck.
  5. Open and close the jaw.
  6. Practice a yawn.
