#60 – Simple Asparagus

#60 – Simple Asparagus

This is Recipe Roundup, episode 60. This spring I have been LOVING asparagus. Yes Yes this little green stalk can have a stinky after effect, but to be honest it’s completely worth it to me. Asparagus goes perfectly with grilled meat and potatoes. This recipe is super simple and focuses on the natural flavor of the asparagus.

A quick tip about storing fresh asparagus in the fridge – It will last a lot longer if you trim the bottoms of the stalks and put them in a jar with fresh water! Just like you might with fresh flowers.

You’ll need a baking sheet

  5. Baked for 15 to 20 minutes until the asparagus is soft and delicious.
  6. Enjoy as a side or a snack!
