#8 – Half Moon Stretch
Yawning Breath as a warm up, expanding your breathing space. Practice the movements of the spine.
For Half Moon Stretch – Ardhachandrasana
- Root into the ground – if sitting, through your SITZ bones; if standing, through the soles of your feet.
- Inhale arms over head, reaching fingers towards the sky, bringing palms together or holding opposite elbow.
- Exhale as reach arms and head over to one side. Feel the stretch from your fingertips to your hip. Breath.
- Inhale back to center and repeat on the other side.
