This is Recipe Roundup episode 83. For this week’s show we have another original recipe from Norris Long. I was able to try it out this past weekend, and it did not disappoint. 

When I tried this recipe out, I chose to use pepperkjack cheese and mix some pickled jalapenos into the beef and bean mixture along with the onions and bell peppers. I found it to be a supremely simple meal to make and customize with a huge payoff! My family enjoyed it and it was fun to try out.
