THE OMNI HOMESTEAD IS HIRING

THE OMNI HOMESTEAD IS HIRING Hiring Fair Set for May 13 — Walk-Ins Welcome, Same-Day Offers Possible By Danny Cardwell | Allegheny Mountain Radio | May 2026

If you are looking for work in the Allegheny Highlands, the Omni Homestead Resort & Spa wants to meet you — and they want to do it soon.

The resort is hosting a Hiring Fair on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Commonwealth Room at 7696 Sam Snead Highway in Hot Springs, Virginia. No appointment needed. Walk-ins are welcome anytime during the four-hour window.

Something for Everyone

Markell Wood, Sourcing Manager for the Homestead, joined Allegheny Mountain Radio to share the details. Wood says the resort is heading into one of its busiest stretches of the year and needs people across nearly every department.

“All roles are going to play a very important factor in making this large operation what it is and run smoothly. Whether you’re entry level or someone with experience, I’m very confident we have something for you.”

Full-time, part-time, on-call, and seasonal positions are available across Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping and Laundry, Food and Beverage, Culinary, Banquets, Recreation, Engineering, Retail, and more. Food and beverage and recreation are among the highest priorities, with seasonal roles like lifeguards and pool attendants tied to this time of year. Most other positions are year-round.

What to Expect on May 13

Signage upon arrival will direct attendees to the valet parking lot, where they will be shuttled to the front of the resort.

“We’ll have our team on site to assist with any questions, help get your application submitted, and we’ll have all of our hiring managers there for their respective roles — so you can come in, meet those leaders, and see if it might be a good fit. Hopefully you’ll walk out with an offer that very same day.”

The Homestead is prepared to make offers on the spot for qualified candidates.
