Virginia DMV Select Office Opens In Monterey

Monterey, VA – The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) announces a new partnership to provide selected DMV services in Highland County. The Highland DMV Select will open in Highland County Monday April 11th. A Grand Opening ceremony will take place Monday beginning around 10 am.

The Highland DMV Select will be located in the Highland County Courthouse in Monterey, and will be operated by Commissioner of the Revenue Darlene Crummett and Treasurer Lois White. The Select’s operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Services that will be offered at the DMV Select are vehicle registrations, titles, special and personalized license plate orders, address changes, dealer title and registration transactions, voter registration applications, & handicapped parking placards.
