D. Bradley Drawbaugh, Director of the Highland Medical Center, is on indefinite leave pending outcome of the charges of fraud brought by Commonwealth Special Prosecutor Chris Singleton. Originally scheduled to appear in a Highland County court, it’s not clear when, if ever, he will appear to answer to the charges.
