Helmick mentioned the possibility of the county leasing from WV DNR the camping and lake area at the Handley Wildlife Management Area for the County Parks and Recreation to operate.
This amendment, if the voters pass it, only gives the WV legislature the authority – which it currently does not have -to eliminate the personal property tax on vehicles.
