A fugitive, suspected of being behind a crime spree stretching back to Iowa is still on the loose in Highland County. He is described as a 5 foot, 11 inch while male, weighing 170 pounds, wearing dark jeans, dark shoes and a vertical plaid shirt. His name is Robert Dettran.
